EDUCATION

  • Bachelor's Degree graduate, preferably Engineering Courses (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical or any Business-related courses)

SKILLS/TRAINING

  • Good communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Can work under pressure
  • Can do multitasking

EXPERIENCE

  • At least 1 year experience on the vehicle repairs
  • At least 1 year experience on customer handling
  • Fresh Graduates are encouraged

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handle initial stage of complaint handling
  • Provides the customer with enough basic information regarding the cost estimation and works to be done on the vehicle
  • In-charge in assisting and receiving customer units with Body and Paint concerns
  • Provide collision repair estimates that will be later on be used for insurance purposes
  • Coordinates with insurance companies regarding documents needed to facilitate repair
  • Determine the level of damage and possible affected hidden damages
  • Performs final inspection of units before release to ensure cleanliness and accuracy of job done
  • Ensure to contribute to the CS initiatives of TBK
  • Providing regular updates and follow ups to the customer
