Job Summary:

The Beauty Advisor is responsible for the full merchandising and push-selling of the company's products. This includes inventory monitoring, maintaining clean and attractive product displays, and ensuring maximum product visibility to customers.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell iWhite Korea and other brands of Biocostech Philippines Corporation to customers.
  • Manage and maintain appealing product displays.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and orderliness of the selling area at all times.
  • Safeguard all company products and maintain proper inventory.
  • Answer customer inquiries, conduct product demonstrations, and promote product awareness.
  • Establish rapport with customers, use suggestive selling techniques, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Gather customer feedback and impressions about the products.
  • Achieve the required sales target within the specified event period.
  • Prepare and submit weekly sales reports and liquidation documents.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or college-level education in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience as a Beauty Skincare Consultant, Merchandiser, Brand Promoter (e.g., Promo Girl/Push Girl), preferably in the Beauty or FMCG industry.
  • Strong skills in selling and merchandising.
  • Excellent communication skills and a confident, professional personality.
  • Ability to solve problems effectively, especially in high-pressure or crisis situations.
  • Goal-oriented and highly motivated to meet or exceed targets.
