  • With ability to diagnose vehicle repair equipment.
  • With good communication skills both English and Filipino.
  • With people management and customer relations skills.
  • With basic knowledge on using Computer

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Act as the primary contact of the customers with regards to their vehicle concerns.
  • Ascertain automotive problems and services thru accepting customer complaints.
  • Prepares service order and coordinates with service manager for repair.
  • Verifies warrant and service contract coverage thru examining records and papers.
  • Monitor and updates rendered by technicians until repair is done.
  • Coordinates with parts and warranty department.
  • To strictly follow and implement the rules and regulations as well as the policies and procedures set by the company.
  • To maintain high value of professionalism and ethical work behavior within the department.
  • Other tasked given by the superior

Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php16, Php18,000.00 per month
