Key Responsibilities:

Content Publishing & Data Accuracy

  • Oversee the end-to-end content publishing process across multiple CMS platforms, ensuring every update is accurate, consistent, and on-brand.
  • Implement robust QA and validation checks to ensure flawless presentation and functionality.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to guarantee timely, accurate content delivery aligned with project goals.

Quality Assurance & Optimization

  • Establish and manage a content QA framework with scheduled reviews and audits.
  • Identify issues or inconsistencies and drive swift resolutions to maintain high content standards.
  • Ensure compliance with accessibility, SEO, and design best practices for all published content.

Team Leadership

  • Lead and mentor a team of Content Publishing Specialists, fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration, and excellence.
  • Set clear expectations, provide constructive feedback, and drive performance in a fast-paced environment.
  • Champion process improvement and workflow efficiency across the team.

Project Coordination & Reporting

  • Partner with cross-functional teams including designers, developers, and content strategists.
  • Track progress, report metrics, and communicate updates to key stakeholders.
  • Maintain documentation, workflows, and content migration records using project management tools.
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in content management, publishing, or quality assurance roles.
  • Proven background managing CMS platforms (Drupal experience is a plus).
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with HTML, accessibility standards, and SEO best practices.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
