Web Content Manager

Makati City, National Capital Region, Philippines Sysgen RPO, Inc. Full time ₱60,000 - ₱80,000 per year

Working Hours: Able to work US hours with the flexibility to shift to a morning schedule when required, as the role also supports the Asia Pacific region.

Location: Permanent work-from-home setup; must have a strong and stable internet connection.

Responsibilities:

  • Own Sitecore content workflows, including page creation, module configuration, and publishing content
  • Ensure localization and cultural relevance across APR sites
  • Monitor content performance and optimize based on analytics
  • Maintain governance standards for accuracy, accessibility, and brand consistency
  • Familiarity with Agile or sprint-based content deployment
  • Experience with multilingual content strategy
  • Comfort with analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Web Development, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3+ years of experience managing content in enterprise-level CMS platforms (Sitecore strongly preferred)
  • Proven ability to manage multi-regional or multilingual websites, ideally in the EdTech or SaaS space
  • Solid understanding of HTML/CSS and web publishing standards
  • Demonstrated experience with SEO best practices, content performance tracking, and optimization
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across time zones and cultures
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g., developers, designers, marketing, sales)
  • Detail-oriented with strong project management and prioritization skills
  • Familiarity with Agile workflows or sprint-based content deployment is a plus
  • Ability to support and coordinate with teams, particularly from the Asia-Pacific region
