We publish across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X/Twitter, and YouTube, reaching audiences where they live online and sparking real conversations that matter.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Social Media Content Manager to manage the end-to-end publishing workflow across all our social media platforms. This person ensures PGMN content goes live on time, in the right format, and in full compliance with platform guidelines and internal protocols.

Key Responsibilities

Publish and schedule content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X/Twitter, and YouTube.

Maintain an organized publishing calendar and consistently meet deadlines.

Follow platform policies and internal guidelines to avoid violations or takedowns.

Ensure accuracy of post formatting, metadata, captions, hashtags, and CTAs.

Track post performance and share feedback with the editorial team.

Coordinate with editorial, design, and strategy teams to ensure content reflects PGMN's voice and brand standards.

Keep workflows updated in Google Sheets and Notion (preferred).

Skills & Experience

Prior experience (internship or entry-level) in social media management or content publishing.

Strong understanding of social media platforms and their publishing tools.

Excellent attention to detail, grammar, and formatting.

Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive); Notion experience is a plus.

Familiarity with analytics dashboards for performance monitoring.

Ability to adapt to changing platform rules and trends quickly.

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

Experience with scheduling tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Later, etc.).

Basic photo/video editing (Canva, Photoshop, CapCut).

Background in journalism, communications, or digital publishing.

Understanding of SEO and hashtag optimization.

Experience in moderating online communities.
