DFNN is seeking a visionary and experienced Director of IT to lead our growing technology team and play a pivotal role in driving the company's continued success. As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive IT strategy that aligns with DFNN's business goals, ensuring a secure, reliable, and efficient technological infrastructure for our innovative gaming products. Responsibilities:Lead and manage a team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Develop and implement a comprehensive IT strategy aligned with DFNN's overall business objectives, focusing on areas like cloud computing, information security, and data management specific to the regulated gaming industry. Oversee the entire IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, network systems, and data centers (potentially managed by a third-party NOC). Develop and maintain IT budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.

Manage IT vendors and ensure successful partnerships with third-party providers, including the NOC managing back-end support. Implement and enforce IT security policies and procedures to safeguard company data and systems. Stay up-to-date on the latest IT trends and technologies, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement within DFNN's IT infrastructure.

Lead disaster recovery and business continuity planning efforts. Provide strategic direction and guidance to the product development team on front-end development initiatives. Communicate effectively with all levels of management regarding IT initiatives, risks, and opportunities.

Ensure adherence to all relevant industry regulations and compliance standards. Qualifications:Minimum 10 years of experience in a senior IT leadership role, preferably within the gaming industry. Proven track record of developing and implementing successful IT strategies.

In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure management, including hardware, software, networks, and data security. Strong understanding of cloud computing technologies and their potential benefits. Experience with managing IT budgets and resources.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to think strategically and translate business needs into IT solutions. Proven ability to manage and motivate a team of IT professionals.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. A proactive and results-oriented approach. Familiarity with Agile methodologies (a plus).

Understanding of IT compliance requirements for the regulated gaming industry (a plus).
