About the roleJB Elite Corporation is seeking an experienced Accounting & Finance Head to join our team in Carmona, Cavite. This full-time, on-site role involves overseeing all accounting and financial operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance in financial processes and reporting. ResponsibilitiesManage the full accounting cycle, including general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and month-end closings.

Prepare accurate financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and management reports. Oversee financial planning, analysis, and reporting to support strategic decisions. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and regulations.

Lead and develop the finance team through coaching and leadership. Collaborate across departments to improve financial processes and controls. Assist the CFO and senior leaders with financial analyses and projects.

QualificationsQualified accountant with 8 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the accounting industry. Expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis. Strong knowledge of financial accounting, reporting practices, and compliance.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in financial software and data analysis tools. Proactive, analytical, and capable of independent problem-solving.
