  • Assigns tasks and responsibilities to helpers on a daily basis.
  • Handles the operation of the CTP machine.
  • Executes film processing and plate making that ensures faithful image reproduction.
  • Monitors progress or status of assigned task/s.
  • Sets the direction for the helpers in following the company policies and safety rules.
  • Contributes by making sure that the working environment of the production would be consistently organized and clean.
  • Must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate in any field
  • Preferably with experience in the related field
  • Must be willing to work in Marikina City
  • Having CTP machine experience is an advantage
  • Must be knowledgeable in the usage of Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, etc.
  • Must monitor machine operation to detect malfunctions; report or resolve problems
  • Good communication skills
  • Can make quick and proper decisions
  • Able to adjust machine components according to required specifications
  • Able to work in a team environment
  • Strives to meet and exceed quality and safety goals
  • Dependable and punctual
  • Can read work orders and communicate with co-workers in order to determine machine and equipment settings and adjustments, and supply and product specifications
  • Willing to work flexible shifts, as needed

Job Types: Full-time, New-Grad, Permanent

Pay: Php18, Php19,000.00 per month
