Responsibilities:

  • He/she acts as project manager for project activities within scope using Agile or waterfall methodology to manage the projects and ensure timely end-to-end project
  • Deliver and directs development of the continuous delivery pipeline to improve delivery speed, quality and effort.
  • Prepares/creates and maintains Project Plan, Work Plan and securing the necessary approval as applicable.
  • Prepares/creates Project Status Report and reporting the same in terms of delivery of schedule, quality and scope.
  • Ensures documentation of all risks and issues associated with the Project, working with the Project Team to facilitate resolution and timely escalation as deemed necessary.
  • Ensures compliance with internal and external policies, security and legal regulatory Responsibilities requirements as applicable. Supports audit exercises when needed.
  • Ensures of completion of required documents at the end of the project
  • Manages the Scrum process with the coordination of Scrum Team in Agile methodology.
  • Ensures that the Scrum Team adheres to Scrum theory, practices and rules.
  • Acts as a servant-leader for the Scrum Team, as applicable.
  • Facilitates Scrum events (e.g. Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review and Sprint Retrospective) as needed and ensures that they are conducted as scheduled, as applicable.
  • Performs other related functions that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of full-time experience as a Project Manager, directly managing teams in the financial services, banking, or insurance industry.
  • Proven experience managing PMO functions in complex or enterprise-level programs.
  • Proficient in project management methodologies such as Agile, Serum, Waterfall, and Iterative Waterfall.
  • Strong knowledge of project management tools and platforms (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Confluence or equivalent).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage enterprise-scale or complex application projects.
  • Stong written and verbal communication skills.

Job Type: Fixed term

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: Php60, Php80,000.00 per month
