General Responsibilities:

The Project Management Specialist oversees client projects to ensure timely, high-quality, and cost-effective delivery. The role includes coordinating project activities, setting timelines, assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and reporting to management. Collaboration with clients and internal teams is key to ensuring successful outcomes.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in tech project management
  • Strong background in SDLC methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
  • Experience managing teams of 5–10 members
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
  • Experience in web, mobile, or software development (SaaS or eCommerce preferred)
  • Skilled in project planning, resource allocation, and release management
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

Job Type: Fixed term

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: Php30, Php40,000.00 per month
