Location: Hybrid – Taguig City, Philippines

Schedule: Night Shift (Graveyard)

Salary Range: PHP 30,000 – PHP 50,000

Joining Bonus: 1-Month Basic Salary

About the Role

We're looking for a detail oriented and proactive Project Management Associate to join our Financial Account team. The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, and thrives in a fast paced, technology driven environment. You'll play a key role in coordinating projects, supporting PMO activities, and ensuring smooth execution of financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

Support project planning, coordination, and execution across financial initiatives.

Facilitate meetings, prepare minutes, and handle professional correspondence.

Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and documentation.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and success.

Provide administrative and analytical support to the Project Management Office (PMO).

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or any related field.

2–3 years of experience in Finance or related project coordination roles.

Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Strong leadership, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing multiple priorities.

PMO/PCO experience is an advantage.

Experience in an audit firm is preferred but not required.
