About the Role

We're looking for a 
highly experienced Project Manager
 to lead 
infrastructure projects within the banking domain
. This role demands strong leadership, excellent stakeholder management, and deep technical understanding of infrastructure environments. You'll be responsible for 
end-to-end project delivery
, ensuring quality, cost efficiency, and timely execution.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Minimum 
    12 years of experience
     delivering 
    Infrastructure Projects
     (preferably in Banking).
  • Solid understanding of 
    infrastructure terminologies and environments
    .
  • Proven ability to 
    lead and manage technical teams
     effectively.
  • Certified Project Manager
     (PMP or Agile).

Good-to-Have Skills

  • Expertise in 
    requirement documentation, project scope definition, and planning
    .
  • Resource planning, effort estimation
    , and creation of 
    Work Breakdown Structures (WBS)
    .
  • Proficiency in 
    Microsoft Project
    .
  • Strong background in 
    budgeting, cost estimation, and risk management
    .
  • Experience managing 
    multiple projects
     simultaneously.
  • Excellent 
    stakeholder and client communication
     skills.
  • Familiarity with 
    PMP or Prince2 methodologies
    .
  • Ability to 
    report project performance
     (schedule, cost, scope, risk, issues).
  • Experience collaborating with 
    BAU teams and Service Delivery Managers
    .
  • Strong change management capabilities: CAB approvals, stakeholder communication, and maintaining 
    99.8% project change success rate
    .
  • Willingness to 
    work flexible hours
    , including nights and weekends for project rollouts.
  • Team-oriented with readiness to 
    take on additional responsibilities
     when required.

  • Must be willing to work in 
    Taguig or Makati
    .
  • Stable employment history
     — no frequent job changes.
