Non-Voice Customer Service Representative

CSR (Non-voice)
Responsibilities
- Monitoring of Tiktok Shop Center
- Reports to the Operations Supervisor with all progress, keeping them updated on the progress of the staff and the completion of sales targets
- Assisting and answering queries of clients and/or customers
- Develop and maintain customer relations and key accounts
- Send reports on sales activity, accounts status and possible issues
Qualifications:
- Experience in any form of sales, E-commerce, importation, logistics or BPO is a huge factor
- Fluent in English (conversational level)
- Experience in any sales generating industry (especially BPO) is preferred
- Cold Calling experience is a huge plus
- Strong customer service skills (ability to build rapport, demonstrate empathy and outline key steps in delivering good customer service
- Familiar with Microsoft Excel functions
- Experience in lead generation or head hunting of clients is preferred
- Willing to work onsite in BGC, Taguig City
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
