Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Customer Service and Customer Support
  • Strong experience in ensuring Customer Satisfaction and providing an excellent Customer Experience
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, for voice and non-voice interactions
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer concerns efficiently
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience is preferred
  • Prior experience in customer service roles is an advantage
