About the role

Nezda Technologies, Inc. is seeking a motivated and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support and assistance to our valued customers across multiple communication channels. This is a full-time position based in our modern office in Taguig City, Metro Manila, with both day and night shift options available, onsite Set up.

What you'll be doing

  • Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, ensuring a positive customer experience
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
  • Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and procedures
  • Actively participate in continuous training and development to expand your product knowledge and customer service skills

What we're looking for

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers from diverse backgrounds
  • With at least 1 YEAR BPO VOICE INTERNATIONAL experience
  • At least 2 years college completed
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to effectively handle customer inquiries and concerns
  • Proficient in using various customer service tools and technologies
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional customer service
  • Flexible and adaptable to work during both day and night shifts
