
Human Resource Supervisor

Job Summary:
The HR Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and supporting employee engagement and development initiatives. This role supervises HR processes across recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and records administration, while providing guidance to both employees and management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and oversee the daily operations of the HR department.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and orientation of new employees.
- Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of employee records and HR databases.
- Oversee compliance with labor laws, government regulations, and company policies.
- Address employee relations issues, grievances, and disciplinary actions in coordination with management.
- Monitor attendance, timekeeping, and benefits administration.
- Support and implement employee engagement, training, and development programs.
- Assist in policy formulation, updating, and proper dissemination to employees.
- Prepare HR reports and provide insights to management for decision-making.
- Perform other HR-related tasks as may be assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in an HR Generalist or Supervisory role.
- Solid knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRIS is an advantage.
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday (Office-based)
Office Location : Timog, Quezon City
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
