The
HR Assistant
ensures that 201 records are complete and up-to-date, with submitted documents accurately reflected in the HR system. The role also validates HRIS updates against supporting documents and supports supervisors in safeguarding records that contain personal or sensitive information.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience in HR records management, HRIS administration, or HR support is an advantage (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of data privacy policies and proper handling of sensitive employee information.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and reliable work ethic.
