DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Responsible for clerical and organizational tasks like file organizing, scheduling appointments, assisting other staff

- Responsible for writing emails, answering phone calls, taking care of the paperwork and some duties specific to the position

- Greeting and assisting office visitors

- Responsible on processing building gate pass permit

- Handling administrative requests and queries from senior managers

- Providing administrative support to management, employees and in some cases, clients and visitors

- Arranging hotel stays for staff members, make reservations, and process reimbursements

- Preparing reports and maintaining appropriate filing systems

- Connects with building vendors to carry out fixes and improvements of the office

- Creative when it comes to having a company events

- Attends to what his/her supervisor and line manager told to do so

QUALIFICATIONS:

* College graduate

* Proven administrative experience as mandatory

* Knowledgeable in written and verbal communication skills

* Strong time-management skills and multitasking ability

* Must be computer literate (MS Word, Excel)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
