ECLARO Quezon City, National Capital Region, PhilippinesData Warehouse Developer - Level IIIRole Title: Data Warehouse Developer - Level IIIJob Description: The Data Warehouse Developer is responsible for the development and maintenance of the Reinsurance Data Warehouse Application, extensively used by Reinsurance business teams. The Senior Data Warehouse Developer will collaborate closely with the product management team and business peers to execute Data Warehouse projects effectively. The role requires the ability to deliver in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Development and maintenance of the Reinsurance Data Warehouse ApplicationCollaborate with technology and business partners to implement product changes

Produce detailed design and unit test documents as required

Analyze business requirements, architect, and implement Data Warehouse solutions

Define, develop, and maintain standards and processes for effective ETL solutions

Support production maintenance

Work with the product manager to develop and execute action plans to address gaps

Recommend innovations to enhance or provide a competitive advantage

Communicate effectively with both business and technical teams

Qualifications:ETL/ELT experience with Python, Data Bricks, Snowflake, and ADFExperience working in Azure environment

Experience in insurance or reinsurance industry (desired)Experience with agile methodologies

Knowledge of Data Warehouse concepts

Experience with Data ModelingExperience working with external data feeds (desired)Experience with data conformance processes

Experience with CICD processes (a plus)Experience building Data Warehouse solutions to support finance close processes

Monitoring and supporting production databases and server environments

Understanding of industry technologies and their impact, including enhancement management and product lifecycle development

Knowledge of source code version control systems like Git, including branching, merging, and conflict resolution

Experience working with third-party vendors

Minimum of 3+ years of Data Warehouse development using ETL/ELT technologies

Additional Information:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field required
