Warehouse Operations Manager

Lead the warehouse team to achieve operational excellence and drive business growth.

Job Description:
  • Warehouse Management
  • Strategically oversee warehouse operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and vision.
  • Conduct thorough analyses to provide data-driven recommendations for strategic initiatives.
  • Manage various analyses including cost optimization, delivery performance, forecasts, solution feasibility, and more.
  • Oversee inbounding of new inventory, reverse logistics, warehouse inventory, outbound, and maintenance operations; ensure service level agreements are met.
  • Foster a competent team capable of handling current positions while developing them for future challenges.
  • Initiate, coordinate, and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures.
  • Adhere to all warehousing and handling requirements.
  • Manage overall warehouse costs.
  • Produce regular reports: warehouse key metrics, shrinkage report, stock movement report, costs reports.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience focusing on management consulting, warehouse operations, or related field.
  • Excellent leadership skills with strong analytical expertise to assess data and draw conclusions.
  • Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
