Overview:

We are seeking Technical Support Representatives to assist customers with troubleshooting and product-related concerns. If you enjoy problem-solving and guiding people through technical issues, this role is for you.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, or chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, or connectivity issues.
  • Escalate complex technical problems to higher support when necessary.
  • Educate customers on product usage and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience in Technical Support (TSR role required)
  • Strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn.
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills.
  • Patience and problem-solving mindset.
  • Amenable to work on shifting schedules
  • Willing to work onsite in Lanang, Davao City

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
