A Technical Lead (or Tech Lead) for REACT is responsible for leading a team of developers, defining the project's technical vision, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and efficient front-end solutions. This role blends hands-on React development with leadership responsibilities, including providing technical guidance, mentoring team members, conducting code reviews, and driving the successful execution of projects in alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities


• Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering collaboration, skill growth, and adherence to best practices.


• Define the front-end architecture and ensure alignment with the overall system design. Drive the adoption of best practices in React and modern JavaScript frameworks.


• Oversee the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) — from planning and design to deployment — ensuring deliverables are completed on time and within scope.


• Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure the production of clean, maintainable, and efficient code.


• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including backend developers, project managers, and UI/UX designers, to align technical solutions with business requirements.


• Continuously evaluate and enhance development processes to improve team productivity, code quality, and product performance.


• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends in React, JavaScript, and related technologies; evaluate new tools and frameworks to improve development efficiency.


• Organize knowledge-sharing sessions and provide guidance on complex technical issues.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

5+ years of professional software development experience, including 3+ years with and related front-end technologies (TypeScript, Redux, , etc.).

Proven experience leading or mentoring a team of developers.

Strong understanding of front-end architecture, performance optimization, and responsive design principles.

Familiarity with backend integration (RESTful APIs, GraphQL).

Excellent problem-solving, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills.

Strong communication and leadership abilities, with experience collaborating across technical and non-technical teams.

Experience managing project timelines and ensuring high-quality delivery.

  • Position: Full-time

  • Work Schedule: 3 PM – 12 MN
