Compliance (Main Focus)
- Prepare, organize, and maintain compliance documents, records, and reports.
Administrative Duties
- Provide general clerical and administrative support such as drafting letters, managing files, and handling correspondence.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, trainings, and compliance-related activities.
- Coordinate with different departments to collect required documents and information.
- Support the Admin team with office concerns such as supplies, logistics, and communications.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Legal Management, or related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in compliance, documentation, or administrative work.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with document filing systems.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling records.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Trustworthy, reliable, and able to handle confidential information.
- Assist in the submission and monitoring of government permits, licenses, and certifications.
- Support internal and external audits by providing accurate and timely documentation.
- Track renewal schedules of permits and other compliance requirements.
- Ensure proper filing and safekeeping of compliance-related records (both digital and physical).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php13, Php15,000.00 per month
