Administrative Assistant

The Administrative Assistant is one of the key roles in maintaining excellent client and customer relationships of Triple PH by ACT Digital Design and Corporation and all the brands under the company. She/He is in-charge of aligning company relations both external and internal. She/He will ensure the organization of all team processes and will work alongside the COO and CEO.
Job Description
- Conceptualize and implement marketing strategy for the brands of the company
- Ensure that all company processes and policies are enforced on day to day operations
- Stays up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools for marketing of the company and its brands
- Communicate effectively with clients, visitors, press, staff, and personal contacts
- Execute any administrative tasks that are presented
- Run bank errands and draft important company contracts
- Coordinate with internal and external teams for a successful customer/client outcome
- Coordinate for courier requirements for urgent documents when working remotely
- Monitors emails and provide support in making sure documents are endorsed by reviewing parties and approved with no delays
- Be able to book meeting venues for face-to-face appointments and generate meeting links for remote appointments
- Create presentations and preside meetings both with internal and external teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in marketing, communication, design, or any related field
- 1 year of relevant internship or work experience in marketing or administrative work
- Strong project management and executional abilities
- Must be highly organized and can work under pressure
- Must be punctual and can commute to core locations within Davao City
- Must be sociable and have a pleasing personality
- Basic GSuite Skills (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc.)
- Basic Canva and presentation skills
- Strong communication skills in both writing and speaking (English & Tagalog)
