About the role

AUXILIA INC' is seeking a dedicated Retail Account Onsite Process agent to join our dynamic team in Cubao, Quezon City. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of up to 26,000 per month, providing an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.

What you'll be doing

  1. Handling inbound and outbound customer calls for our retail accounts
  2. Assisting customers with inquiries, orders, complaints, and other requests
  3. Providing accurate and timely information to customers
  4. Documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records
  5. Identifying and escalating complex issues to the appropriate teams
  6. Contributing to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre role
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to different customer needs
  3. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  4. Proficiency in English and the local language (Tagalog)
  5. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  6. A positive and collaborative attitude, with a passion for providing exceptional customer service
