Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all engineering and technical functions, including building maintenance, mechanical systems, utilities, and equipment lifecycle management
  • Lead and supervise a team of electricians, technicians, and contractors to achieve operational excellence and superior service delivery
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend equipment longevity
  • Ensure adherence to local and national safety, health, and environmental regulations
  • Manage capital improvement projects and renovations, overseeing planning, budgeting, and execution phases
  • Collaborate closely with hospital administration, medical departments, and external vendors to address technical and operational requirements
  • Prepare and control budgets, monitor expenditures, and deliver comprehensive reports to executive management

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or related discipline; Master's degree preferred
  • Licensed Professional Engineer (PRC) certification required
  • At least 8 years of engineering experience, including a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting
  • In-depth knowledge of hospital infrastructure systems such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, elevators, and medical gas systems
  • Strong leadership, project management, and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in engineering software and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php41,922.77 per month
