About the Role

We are seeking a detail oriented, full time HR Coordinator to support the Australian team during an exciting phase of expansion. This role is ideal for a proactive HR professional who enjoys variety, takes pride in accuracy, and is confident managing a broad range of HR coordination and administrative responsibilities.

Working closely with the wider team, you will play a key role in recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and contractor compliance, ensuring smooth people operations and adherence to regulatory requirements. You will be a trusted point of contact, supporting both employees and contractors across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Assist in recruitment process, including creating job descriptions, posting job ads, sourcing candidates, and coordinating interviews.

·       Ability to conduct first round interview screening.

·       Present long/shortlisted candidates to management for review and coordination of interviews.

·       Facilitate onboarding for new hires by preparing orientation materials and conducting induction sessions.

·       Facilitate offboarding for employees ensuring all documentation is complete, recorded and company assets returned.

·       Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

·       Address various HR-related queries from employees regarding policies, benefits, and employment terms.

·       Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company standards.

·       Assist in conducting performance appraisals and providing support during the review process.

·       Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leave management, and welfare initiatives.

·       Assist with coordination of training programs, including scheduling and recording outcomes.

·       Participate in HR audits and ensure compliance with local labour laws and regulations.

·       Provide general administrative support, including handling emails, phone calls, and inquiries.

Qualifications & Skills:

·       Desired - bachelor's degree in human resources or office administration.

· years of experience in HR roles.

·       Understanding of various HR Software suites such as employment hero or similar.

·       Proficient in MS Office

·       Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

·       Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.

·       Ability to work collaboratively in a remote work environment.
