WORK QUALIFICATIONS:
- Degree in business administration, facility management, or a related field preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience as an operations administrator or in a similar position.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management software.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask.
- Willing to travel (i.e., 1 week training at ICON Head Office - Quezon City)

WORK RESPONSIBILITIES:
OPERATIONS ADMINISTRATOR
- Answering phones and responding to client requests and inquiries.
- Managing and updating company databases.
- Keeping track of inventory and ordering supplies.
- Maintaining financial, employee, and client records.
- Drafting and mailing customer correspondence and newsletters.
- Organizing events, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements.
- Managing the maintenance of office and facility equipment.
- Providing administrative support to other departments or projects as needed.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
NON-PROJECT
- Purchasing of all needed non-project office supplies and materials ensuring compliance with the company policy on the purchasing process
MOTORPOOL and WAREHOUSE MANAGEMENT
- Prepare and manage trip ticket, and coordinate with Drivers for submission of original invoices for the liquidation of Petron Fleet Card
- Compilation of Driver's trip tickets for checking, analysis of trip's validity and approval of Technical Service Manager for fuel consumption report
- Monitoring dashcam footage from the company-issued motor vehicles assigned to the Dumaguete Project and report any incident
- Monitor of Vehicle Incident Report
- Receive from ICON Head office incoming deliveries and complete documentation for paperwork completion, assigning an identification number and recording of acquisitions, including attaching required tags or labels prior to distribution
- Maintain an inventory of consumables being delivered from ICON's head office to the liaison office
LOCATION: Barangay Camanjac, Dumaguete City Negros, Oriental.

Pay: Php19, Php24,000.00 per month
