This role oversees accounting systems and administrative processes in sub-warehouse operations, ensuring compliance through effective internal controls. Key duties include validating financial transactions, preparing reports, and maintaining organized records. It also involves monthly audits, reconciling discrepancies, and verifying the accuracy of financial documents. Qualifications: College graduate of Business Administration or a related field Preferably a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) With at least 5-years extensive experience preferably in Logistics, Finance and Administration Management, Sales Office Operations and/or Internal Audit Accounting & Financial Management Monitor and validate Daily Cash Position & AR Settlement reports Prepare and submit financial reports and SOA tracking Record and post transactions in ledgers Oversee operating and promotional expense reports Ensure systematic record-keeping of all financial files Auditing & Compliance Conduct monthly stock and treasury inventories Reconcile records and investigate discrepancies Validate accountable forms and reports Ensure audit and statutory compliance Team Development & Admin Oversight Lead and coach finance team (Cashier, Settlement Analyst, Stock Analyst) Implement succession and learning programs Coordinate with Sales, Logistics, Marketing, Admin, and Head Office #J-18808-Ljbffr
