Join Rebisco as a Financial Analyst Trainee to support enterprise profitability, cost management, and forecasting across multiple finance teams. Your Role Here’s what you will be doing: Serve as the main contact for Business Unit Heads, Sales Channel Managers, TDC Owners, Controllership, People & Culture, and Function Heads in managing profitability and total cost. Create and maintain financial models for profit outlooks, forecasts, and cost-saving initiatives. Consolidate Business Unit and brand profit forecasts for enterprise-level presentations. Monitor actuals versus budgets for SR&A, Advertising & Promotions, CAPEX, and selling expenses. Partner with TDC owners to manage Total Delivered Costs and identify cost-saving opportunities. Manage cash receipts, fund disbursements, and working capital to maintain treasury integrity. Collaborate with various teams to ensure accuracy in product cost accounting and payroll funding. About You The company is looking for: Graduate of BS Business Administration, Management Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Accountancy, or related business courses. Fresh graduates from top universities are welcome to apply. Knowledgeable in Philippine Financial Reporting Standard (PFRS), Profit & Loss Management, Cost Accounting, Managerial Accounting, Financial Analysis, and Reporting. Capable in budgeting, forecast analyses, report preparation, presentations, and translating financial data into actionable insights. This job may close before the stated closing date.
