An experienced and highly skilled Senior ICT Specialist to join our growing technology team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and implementation of ICT systems, ensuring smooth integration, troubleshooting, and optimizing processes for our organization. As a senior member of the team, you will also provide leadership and mentorship to junior ICT staff and work closely with other departments to identify and implement technology solutions that drive business performance.

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master's preferred).

· 2+ years of experience in ICT management or a similar role with a proven track record of leading technology initiatives.

· Familiarity with Amazon Web Services application is a must

· In-depth knowledge of network architecture, systems administration, cloud computing, and cybersecurity practices.

· Experience with enterprise-level software applications, databases, and operating systems (Windows, Linux, etc.).

· Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

· Certifications in ITIL, Cisco, Microsoft, or other relevant technologies are a plus.

Experience with project management and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
