Job Title: Junior US Recruiter

Location: McKinley, Taguig City

Schedule: Night Shift

Work Arrangement:

  • Days 1–30: 100% Onsite
  • Days 31–60: 4 days Onsite / 1 day Work From Home
  • Days 61–90: 3 days Onsite / 2 days Work From Home

Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Junior US Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. This is an entry-level / early career role, ideal for someone who has local recruiting or HR experience and is looking to transition into U.S. recruitment. In this role, you will support the full hiring process — from sourcing to onboarding — while learning the ropes of international / US-market recruiting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source candidates via job boards, social media, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews
  • Post job ads and manage candidate communications (scheduling, follow-ups, updates)
  • Maintain candidate data and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or database

Qualifications:

  • At least 6 to 12 months of recruiting (local recruiting acceptable)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Organized, detail‑oriented, able to manage time and multiple tasks
  • Comfortable using computers, MS Office, and/or ATS tools
  • Self‑motivated, able to work both independently and in a team; eager to learn U.S.-market recruiting best practice

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
