Job Summary:

The Quality Control Specialist is responsible for ensuring that all logistics and e-commerce operations meet company standards for accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. This role focuses on monitoring product handling, order fulfillment, packaging, and shipment processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and continuous improvement across the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Quality Assurance & Inspection
  • Conduct regular quality checks on inbound and outbound shipments to ensure products meet specifications.
  • Inspect packaging, labeling, and documentation accuracy before dispatch.
  • Identify, document, and report non-conformities and follow up on corrective actions.
  • Process Improvement
  • Analyze logistics and fulfillment data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for efficiency.
  • Collaborate with warehouse, procurement, and operations teams to implement quality improvement initiatives.
  • Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to align with best practices.
  • E-commerce Operations Control
  • Verify accuracy of order picking, packing, and shipping processes in online sales channels.
  • Monitor customer returns, damages, and complaints to identify recurring issues.
  • Work closely with customer service teams to resolve product quality issues promptly.
  • Documentation & Reporting
  • Maintain accurate quality inspection records and prepare weekly and monthly quality reports.
  • Support internal and external audits related to logistics and e-commerce quality standards.
  • Track KPIs such as order accuracy rate, damage rate, and return ratio.
