Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Supervisor to lead our sales and marketing team in executing campaigns, managing projects, and ensuring brand consistency across all platforms. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, hands-on marketing experience, and the ability to translate strategic goals into effective marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily activities of the marketing team, including content creators, designers, and digital marketers
  • Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns across digital and traditional channels
  • Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and performance metrics to ensure goals are met
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, design) to support go-to-market initiatives
  • Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to guide campaign direction
  • Oversee the creation of promotional materials, email campaigns, social media content, and advertisements
  • Manage and optimize digital campaigns (e.g., SEO, SEM, PPC, social media ads)
  • Report on campaign results and make data-driven recommendations for improvement
  • Ensure brand consistency and messaging across all touchpoints
  • Provide coaching, feedback, and support to team members for growth and development.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • 3–5 years of marketing experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead role
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools, etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities
  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Excel, or similar
  • Experience using marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp) is a plus

Job Type: Full-time
