About the role

This is a full-time role for a Marketing Supervisor to join the dynamic team at AVOLUTION, INC. Located in San Juan City Metro Manila, you will play a key strategic role in driving the company's marketing initiatives and contributing to its overall business growth.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote AVOLUTION, INC.'s products and services

  • Manage all marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, and traditional advertising

  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends

  • Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing activities with business objectives

  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance, providing data-driven insights to inform future strategies

  • Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals

  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and introduce new techniques to improve marketing effectiveness

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a marketing management role, preferably in the Marketing & Communications industry

  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels

  • Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and techniques, including SEO, social media, and content creation

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
