About the role

We are seeking an exceptional Marketing Supervisor to join the TRIUMPH MOTORCYLES INC. team in Greenhills, San Juan City, Metro Manila. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for driving the marketing strategy and execution for our prestigious Triumph Motorcycles brand.

What you'll be doing

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to promote Triumph Motorcycles and drive brand awareness and sales
  2. Manage all marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and events
  3. Collaborate with the sales team to support lead generation and conversion efforts
  4. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize marketing initiatives
  5. Liaise with external agencies and vendors to ensure efficient and effective delivery of marketing activities
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
  7. Manage the marketing budget and ensure efficient resource allocation
  8. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on the performance of marketing initiatives

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a marketing supervisory or managerial role, preferably within the automotive or motorcycle industry
  2. Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies and campaigns
  3. Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across different teams
  5. Proficient in digital marketing, social media, and content creation
  6. Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
