We are mass hiring Call Center Agents/Customer Service Representatives across our Metro Manila sites

Job Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in booking airline tickets, reserving seats, and processing changes to reservations.
- Address inquiries related to the airline's services, special assistance, and travel requirements.
- Enter accurate data and update information in real-time.
- Resolve booking issues, including conflicting schedules or errors in reservations.
