Key Responsibilities:
• Engage with customers through online chat platforms, responding to inquiries and providing accurate, timely information.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor in accordance with company policies.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information to customers.
• Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in customer service and chat support.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and performance evaluations.

What can we offer?
• Salary range between ₱23,000 to ₱45,000 (depends on the experience)
• Day shift schedules for Premium accounts
• 13th and 14th month pay
• Regular pay during training
• 22–28 paid leaves (convertible to cash)
• 20% Night Differential starting at 6 PM
• Holiday pay and Overtime Pay
• HMO with up to 3 dependents
• Government Mandated Benefits
• Up to ₱20,000 incentives monthly (performance-based)
