Position Overview:
This role is responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance brand visibility, engage audiences, and drive business objectives.
Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback received through social media channels promptly and professionally.
- Track and analyze social media interactions, providing insights and reports to the management team on trends, issues, and customer sentiments.
- Actively contribute to the development of the company's online reputation by responding to reviews and feedback professionally and constructively.
- Identify and manage potential social media crises, escalating issues to senior management when necessary.
