Job Summary:

The Clinical Operations Manager is Responsible for Managing and Overseeing 'UM' (Utilization Management) Operations, Ensuring Compliance with Industry Standard(s) and Regulatory Requirement(s).

As a Clinical Operations Manager – Your Role Involves Close Coordination with Various Stakeholder(s) to Drive Performance and Maintain High-Quality Standard(s).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and Grow Revenue of Program(s), Responsible for Profitability Including Revenue, Margin(s), Billing, Seat Utilization, and Retention, Ensures Program has Proficient Training, Staff Development, and Effective Employee Retention and Recognition Program(s)
  • Selecting, Training, Developing, and Managing Performance of Direct Report(s) and their Associate(s) - Including Planning and Assigning Work for Staff in Accordance with the Organization's Policies and Applicable Legal Requirement(s), Provide Leadership and Guidance to Direct Report(s) to Ensure Consistent Administration of Company Policies and Standard(s), Define and Implement Any Corrective Action(s) Needed to Meet Required Operational Performance
  • Analyze and Maintain all Client Service Level Agreement(s), Ensure that Operations is in Compliance with Contract(s), Oversee Client Relationship(s), Facilitate Open Communications, Understand Client Perspective(s) and Expectation(s), Monitor Client Satisfaction, Partner with Business Development to Leverage and Expand New Business from Client(s)
  • Conduct Regular One-on-One's with Direct Report(s) to Review Individual Performance Including the Performance of their Team(s) and Offer Ongoing Developmental Support Create a Positive Work Environment through Employee Engagement, Resolve Employee Relation Issue(s) in a Professional and Timely Manner, Participate in Cross-Functional Meeting(s) to Review Information Received from Operational Support Function(s) (People Solutions, Training and Quality, Talent Acquisition, Workforce Management, and Other Internal Team(s)) and Partner to Define Action Plan(s) that Resolve Issue(s) and Drive Continuous Improvement
  • Maintain Relationship(s) with Strategic Vendor(s) in Order to Facilitate Open Communications, Understand Changing Technologies and Stay Abreast of Industry Trend(s), Participate in Opportunity Review Call(s) for New Business and Facilitate Site Visit(s) from Potential Client(s), Keep Up-to-Date through Trade Show(s), Industry Event(s), and Related Activities
  • Host Business Review(s) on Regular Basis, Communicate the Overall Objective(s) within Common Report(s) (Service Report(s) and Operational Efficiency Report(s)), Ensure that Customer, Operational, and Capacity Requirement(s) are Addressed (i.e. Telecommunications, Information Technology, Legal, Human Resources, Finance, Facilities), Hold Weekly Meeting(s) with all Functional Leader(s) and Direct Report(s) Reviewing Site Operations, Need(s), and Upcoming Event(s)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php150, Php157,000.00 per month
