Rate or Salary range: $7 per hour

Description/information:

  • Handle all aspects of billing and collections, including issuing invoices, applying payments, and following up on past-due accounts using QuickBooks Online.
  • Communicate with customers in both English and Spanish to resolve invoice disputes, collect outstanding payments, and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal staff to reconcile records, support month-end close, and maintain accurate and compliant financial documentation.
  • Generate AR aging reports, maintain organized records, and contribute to the improvement of billing and collections processes.

Requirements:

  • Must-have: 1+ year of AR or billing experience and proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Excel, Word, Outlook, and MS Teams.
  • Language: Fluent in both English and Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Backup systems are required (Noise-cancelling headset, backup computer, backup internet, and backup power supply)
