Job Summary

Drive organizational success by creating and executing strategies that improve employee performance, engagement, and growth. This role will design and deliver development programs, foster collaboration, and ensure alignment of initiatives with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Unit Supervisor and team to assess organizational needs and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement company-wide training programs, change management initiatives, and organizational development strategies.
  • Facilitate workshops, coaching, and learning sessions to strengthen employee skills and capabilities.
  • Coordinate and promote team-building activities to enhance collaboration and communication.
  • Evaluate development programs, gather feedback, and recommend enhancements for continuous improvement.
  • Advise managers and employees on performance management, career growth, and engagement initiatives.
  • Research industry trends and best practices to introduce innovative HR and OD solutions.
  • Support policy and procedure development related to organizational development and employee engagement.
  • Collaborate with other HR functions to ensure integration and alignment of OD initiatives.
  • Serve as a key resource for employees on career development, training opportunities, and organizational change.
  • Ensure compliance with company safety, security, and information protection protocols.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years' progressive HR experience with focus on OD, training, and change management.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of OD principles, methodologies, and practices.
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage projects independently and in teams.
  • Experience in designing and delivering training and development programs.
