About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Learning & Development Senior Specialist to design, implement, and manage programs that drive employee growth and organizational success. This role is responsible for handling end-to-end training processes and overseeing the Performance Management System (PMS) to ensure alignment with company goals and employee career development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the full cycle of training needs analysis, design, delivery, and evaluation for employees across all levels.
  • Develop and implement learning strategies, programs, and interventions to build capabilities and enhance performance.
  • Manage and monitor the company's Performance Management System, ensuring compliance, fairness, and effectiveness.
  • Partner with managers and leaders to provide coaching and learning solutions that address skills gaps and improve productivity.
  • Maintain and update L&D frameworks, policies, and procedures to support employee engagement and organizational development.
  • Analyze learning outcomes and performance data to recommend continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field.
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in Learning & Development and Performance Management.
  • Strong background in training facilitation, instructional design, and program evaluation.
  • Hands-on experience managing or implementing a Performance Management System (PMS).
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
  • Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
