  • Oversee the daily operations and performance of our listings on Foodpanda Booky, GrabFoods, and other relevant delivery platforms.
  • Ensure all menus, product descriptions, pricing, and availability are accurate and up-to-date across all platforms. Coordinate with internal teams for changes. 
  • Coordinate and execute promotional campaigns, discounts, and marketing initiatives offered by Foodpanda, Booky and GrabFoods. Monitor campaign performance and provide insights.
  • Regularly monitor key metrics such as sales, order volume, customer ratings, delivery times, and cancellation rates. Identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Act as the primary liaison for resolving operational issues, order discrepancies, or customer complaints escalated from the platforms. Work closely with store operations to ensure quick and effective solutions.
  • Collect and analyze data from platform dashboards. Generate regular reports on platform performance, campaign effectiveness, and identify actionable insights for sales growth and operational efficiency.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with account managers and support teams at FoodPanda, Booky, GrabFoods, and other third-party partners.
  • Ensure high-quality and appealing visuals (photos) and engaging content are used for our listings on these platforms.
  • Assist in verifying invoices and commission statements from third-party platforms for accuracy.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php22,000.00 per month
