About the role

Select Goods', a leading retail company, is seeking a talented and driven Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this full-time role based in Taguig City, Metro Manila, you will play a crucial part in executing our marketing strategies and supporting the delivery of exceptional customer experiences.

What you'll be doing

  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional media
  • Support the creation of engaging content, such as social media posts, email newsletters, and promotional materials
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to measure and analyse campaign performance, and provide insights to optimise future efforts
  • Coordinate with external vendors and partners to ensure the timely delivery of marketing assets and activities
  • Maintain and update the company's marketing collateral and brand assets
  • Provide administrative support to the marketing department as needed

What we're looking for

  • 1-2 years of experience in a marketing or advertising role, preferably within the retail industry
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as social media, email marketing, and analytics software
  • Excellent organisational and multi-tasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail
  • A creative mindset and the ability to think outside the box to develop innovative marketing solutions
  • A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow
