Job Description

1. Project Management & Execution

  • Support the planning, execution, and tracking of integrated marketing campaigns — including online/offline events, product launches, and digital marketing initiatives.
  • Develop detailed project timelines, task lists, and progress trackers to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Oversee the inventory of marketing materials and merchandise, coordinating logistics and distribution.

2. Cross-Functional Coordination & Communication

  • Act as a key liaison between the marketing team and other departments such as Sales, Product, Finance, and Supply Chain.
  • Organize and facilitate project meetings, keeping clear records of discussions, action points, and follow-ups.
  • Communicate instructions, share updates, and bridge information gaps across departments to ensure smooth collaboration.

3. Marketing Operations Support

  • Assist in preparing marketing reports, presentations, and competitive landscape analyses.
  • Handle administrative and financial tasks for the marketing team, such as purchase requests and vendor invoice processing.

4. Market Insights & Awareness

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer feedback, and report insights to the team in a timely manner.
  • Provide localized market insights to help shape marketing strategies.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in marketing, project coordination, or administrative support; experience in tech or FMCG industries is a plus.
  • Fluent in both Mandarin and English (spoken and written); knowledge of a local Philippine language is an advantage, especially for bridging communication with headquarters and Chinese-speaking teams.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel) and familiar with project management tools.
