ABOUT THE ROLE

Infinnum Inc. is looking for a Senior Accounting Analyst to play a key role in delivering accurate financial reporting and analysis for our clients. If you have a strong background in general accounting, financial reporting, and analysis, this is your opportunity to grow in a dynamic and professional environment.

The successful candidate will be assigned to our office in Ortigas, Pasig City and will work in a hybrid environment.

What You'll Do:

Perform month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring compliance with financial statement procedures and deadlines.

Prepare and analyze financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and Cash Flows) and conduct variance analysis to ensure accuracy.

Reconcile and monitor Balance Sheet accounts, perform bank reconciliations, and ensure proper GL booking of transactions in compliance with policies and regulations.

Identify and resolve accounting issues, review AR/AP aging schedules, and communicate findings to the Team Leader, including reporting issues and proposing solutions.

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy; Management Accounting graduates must have General Accounting (GA) experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience, with at least 1 year of solid financial reporting and analysis experience.
  • Experience in General Accounting (GA), accruals, financial statements, and prepayments.
  • Exposure to BIR bookkeeping and financial audits is an advantage.
