Job Description

Seeking a highly skilled Senior Security Analyst to serve as our technical cornerstone for offensive security, application security, and vulnerability management. In this senior, hands-on role, you will lead our most complex technical assessments, shape our testing strategy, and build custom tools to solve unique security challenges. While this is a deeply technical role, previous leadership experience is a valuable asset.

Qualifications:

Required: 7+ years of extensive, hands-on cybersecurity experience with strong background in either Offensive Security or Application Security, and experience across all three domains (OffSec, AppSec, VM). Proven experience developing custom security tools (e.g., Python, Go, PowerShell).

Good knowledge of PenTesting frameworks, adversary TTPs (MITRE ATT&CK), and secure SDLC practices.

Preferred:

Advanced certifications (e.g., OSCP, OSWE, OSEP)

previous management experience, background in telecom/CSP environments, and cloud penetration testing expertise. 

Key Responsibilities:

● 
Lead Offensive Security Operations
: Plan and execute Red Team operations, adversary emulations, and in-depth penetration tests across our corporate, cloud, and telecom infrastructure.

● 
Drive Application Security Strategy
: Guide the AppSec program by performing threat modeling, manual code reviews, API security testing, and integrating security into the SDLC (DevSecOps).

● 
Oversee Vulnerability Management:
 Provide strategic direction for the VM program, focusing on effective risk prioritization and integration with other assurance functions.

● 
Develop Custom Tools & Automation:
 Design, build, and maintain custom scripts and tools to automate testing, enhance analysis, and address gaps in commercial solutions.

● 
Provide Technical Leadership:
 Mentor all team analysts in advanced security concepts, perform technical quality assurance on deliverables, and act as the technical deputy to the function head.
