"bty SERVICES OPC" is an administrative support office for dental offices based in the United States (U.S.). We work directly with U.S. dental offices that are associated with us. We are not just an outsourcing company; instead, we work directly with them in Muntinlupa City. We are seeking a highly competent and motivated Accounting Assistant/ Certified Public Accountant to join our team. The successful candidate will have a minimum three (3) years of hands-on experience in accounting and financial management.

Qualifications/ Attributes

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance/ Accountancy
  • Three (3) years proven experience in Accounting or Financial Management
  • Proficiency in Accounting Software and Microsoft Excel
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices and regulations.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism
  • Prior experience in BPO is a plus.
  • With good interpersonal skills, work attitude and moral character.
  • Innovative, multi-tasker and ethical
  • Willing to work beyond office hours and even during weekends and holidays.
  • Amenable to work onsite in Northgate, Muntinlupa CITY
  • Night Shift

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the day-to-day accounting operations of the company
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards
  • Conduct regular financial reviews and provide insightful analysis to support strategic decision-making
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of accounts payable and receivable
  • Collaborate with internal and external auditors during financial audits
  • Stay updated on industry trends and changes in accounting regulations
  • Performs other duties and functions assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php35, Php40,000.00 per month
